Funky and wonderful bridal flowers for an ever so swank couple committed to having a wedding day that is uniquely their own – could that bring me anymore happiness? I think not! Well possibly – if one of my favorite wedding blogs picks it up and features it as a Real Wedding on their site! LA StyleUnveiled – the go to guide for all things California Wedding – we love you big time.
Again, we are honored to be a part of such a beautiful site and to work with such awesome people. Thank you to RCJones Photography in Fresno for really capturing the vibe of this day and of course our friends down at Dolphin Bay Resort for orchestrating a beautiful wedding at their stunning venue. The Lido has a very special spot in my little food & vino lov’in heart!

Red calla lilies, dahlias, cymbidium orchids and cranberry hydrangea set the flower mood for this beautiful Thanksgiving wedding celebration wedding. The dramatic fall vineyards at Robert Hall Winery were the perfect backdrop for this wonderfully fun couple.
Chloe at Mike Larson Inc. Photography sent over (actually walked them over from right next door!) some stunning pictures the other day – these are a few of my personal favorites.

On January 12, 2010 – a magnitude 7.0 earthquake devastated Haiti. In an effort to help in our little corner of the world, we will be donating $20 for each wedding package that we book between 1/12 – 2/12 to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. We hope to help as much as we can. We love this particular charitable option as 100% of the contributions go to help in Haiti.
Please do what you can – we are all part of the human community of earth. We enjoy such beauty and blessing where we are.
Consider charitable donations this year in place of wedding favors – make a deposit in the bank of Karma. The interest earned is astronomical.
Thank you to those who have already contributed in booking with us in the last week – though you may not have known it at the time. And thank you to those who will contribute on their own.

panacea event floral design will be hosting the VIB Lounge (Very Important Bride) this year and we’ve invited some our event industry friends: Kramer Entertainment Inc., Mike Larson Inc. Photography and CateringUnlimited.com. Together we will be swanking out the lounge for a one of a kind experience.
Stunning linen, lounge furniture, groovy tunes, special event lighting, The BoothExperience, special hors d’ ouvres and specialty drinks and of course some flowery.
If you are planning a wedding in SLO county this year – this is the place to be for all things wedding. See you there!
What an honor! And one of our favorite bridal couples of 2009 – Sara & Andrew. Congratulations! This wedding, by the way, won the most awards on the San Francisco StyleUnveild.com blog – over a thousand votes. We are so stoked!

Check out all of the awards, amazing vendors (including local cupcakemaven
Amy Bakes Cupcakes) and brilliant design ideas at StyleUnveiled.com.
We’ve also included the tear sheets from our featured Real Wedding on StyleUnveiled.com just in case you missed it when it originally came out (though I find this utterly impossible!!) Without the beautiful imagery of Chloe Murdoch at Mike Larson Inc. – we would be so completely out of the loop. You just can’t put a price on great photography! Thank you Chloe! Providing hours of entertainment was the fabulous photo booth from my friends at TheBoothExperience.com Oh – and did I happen to mention that Kramer Entertaiment DJ & Lighting – not only provided an amazing dance party atmosphere in a rustic, historic old California Barn, they lit the place up with fantastic special event lighting. Working with great people always has it’s rewards – this time, it came in an AWARD!

Shades of purple, pink and white against platinum. Romantic blooms including lush English Garden Roses, dahlias, hydrangea, succulents and roses.
Loved working with this bride – her spirit of fun carried through everywhere and the outcome was a wonderfully welcoming wedding set on a beautiful winery. Silverhorse winery is a stunning setting overlooking rolling hills of vines – very picturesque.
These images just arrived and our thanks to Laura Turner Photography from Ventura for sharing them with us.
Stunning event up-lighting by Kramer Entertainment DJs & Lighting. Scrumptious cupcake tower full of YUM by Amy Bakes Cupcakes right here in SLO.

In so many ways, 2009 was a huge year for us. A year of adjustments, of growing, of experimenting, of learning and so it is with great excitement that we welcome 2010 – our 11th wedding season on the beautiful Central Coast. We’re saying good bye to some old ways of doing things and hello to some new and wonderfully exciting things.
Good bye Blogger experiment blog! HELLO WordPress Customized blog, new format, new approach and new commitment to providing helpful design content to our brides and more stunning images of weddings & flowery. We feel completely ready to tackle the challenge and are completely jazzed for the year ahead – it will be the best yet!

Moroccan Dinner Party @ at our Studio on Broad Street

Eve + Ben @ The Cliffs Resort
Necia + Jake @ Dana Powers House
Katie + Sam @ Santa Margarita Ranch
Completely honored to partner with our friends at Robert Hall Winery for their New Year’s Eve celebration, we dreamed a very simple approach to accent the Moroccan colored linens and up lit color washes on the cavern walls. Classic white orchids, but dinner club style. Casablanca actually!
Love a good collaboration – & my gang from Broad Street Event Group came through big time! Kramer Entertainment provided stunning lighting including up lighting and the stary night effect during dinner – not to mention the pin spotting of our centerpieces on each table (a floral designer’s dream!). Wine parings and exquisite Moroccan dinner catered by CateringUnlimited.com. Memories to go by theBoothExperience and these images shot by my talented friend Mike from Mike Larson Inc.
